The 3D Printing World Guide Terms and Conditions

„The 3D Printing World Guide”

These regulations define the rules for participation in „The 3D Printing World Guide” project (hereinafter referred to as the „Project”), organized by COLORISED Sp. z o.o., headquartered at 93-478 Łódź, Poland, 43/45/9 Czahary Str., hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer.”
The project includes displaying the company profile online on the platform am-writer.com/world and its inclusion in the catalog „The 3D Printing World Guide”, available in three formats: a PDF version accessible at am-writer.com/the-3d-printing-world-guide, a newsletter version in HTML format accessible at www.3dprintingjournal.com/t/3dp-world-guide, and a LinkedIn post announcing its publication.
Participation in the Project is voluntary and requires filling out the application form available on the website: am-writer.com/lets-connect.

Any company in the AM industry may participate in the Project, provided that:

a) they fill out the application form, providing the required data,
b) they accept the terms of these regulations,
c) they pay the participation fee according to the selected package.
The application form includes the following details:

a) Name and surname of the applicant (not published),
b) Full company name,
c) Year of establishment,
d) Country,
e) Full company address,
f) VAT number or registration number,
g) Website,
h) Email address,
i) Social media profiles (optional, if active),
j) Information about the company’s activity (e.g., equipment manufacturer, material supplier, AM service provider, etc.),
k) Company description (max. 150 words in English),
l) Company history and achievements (max. 150 words in English),
m) Photo (max. 3 MB).
The participant is obliged to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
The participant is obliged to pay a fee depending on the selected option.

The company profile shall be displayed in the online directory at am-writer.com/world for a period of one year, commencing from the first full calendar month.
Upon the expiration of this period, the Organizer shall contact the company to offer a renewal of the service; in the absence of consent, the profile shall be removed.
The company profile shall be published in the PDF and HTML catalog „The 3D Printing World Guide” once a set of ten (10) companies from a given country has been gathered or at the discretion of the Organizer. If the catalog has already been issued, the company shall be included in the next edition.
The Organizer may issue thematic catalogs (e.g., dedicated to hardware providers or AM service providers etc.), and as such, the company profile may appear in multiple independent catalogs.
Company profiles shall not be removed from archived PDF and HTML catalogs, unless the company fails to pay the required participation fee for the project.

Participation in the Project is subject to a fee. The participant can choose from two packages:

a) The 3D Printing World Guide Standard Entry – cost: €50 (on-line profile included)
b) The 3D Printing World Guide Main Sponsor Package – cost: €250 (only one company per edition).
The fee will be charged based on a VAT invoice issued by the Organizer.
The Main Sponsor title is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, upon confirmation of payment.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the fees. All participants will be informed of any changes in advance.

The participant declares that:

a) they are an authorized representative of the company provided in the application form,
b) all submitted information is true and accurate,
c) they consent to the processing of company data by the Organizer for the purpose of creating, distributing, and sharing content (including with subscribers and readers of 'The 3D Printing Journal’).
The participant accepts that not all submissions will be included, and the final decision on publication rests with the editorial team.

The Organizer reserves the right to edit and shorten the content provided by the participant.
The Organizer is not responsible for any errors in the data provided by the participant.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the publication schedule or cancel the Project without providing a reason.

These regulations come into force on 2025-03-02 and remain valid throughout the duration of the Project.
For matters not regulated in these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations. Any changes will be published on the Project’s website.
